BORDERLINE BRAVERY

A place of support and encouragement for those living with BPD. An educational resource for loved ones.

Hi, brave ones! We are undergoing a site revamp. We will be back online soon, and better than ever! Sign up for website updates above. No spam - ever.

Black & white thinking is at the core of many individuals’ experience with BPD.

Borderline Bravery is a site made for people who have been diagnosed with or believe they have Borderline Personality Disorder. This website is run by people who currently or by history used to meet diagnostic criteria for the disorder. We thoroughly believe the symptoms of Borderline Personality Disorder can be combated with the use of coping skills (particularly those from Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and that beating the disorder is possible. One of our primary goals is to combat the stigma found across the web, within media portrayals of BPD, and (unfortunately) within the therapeutic community. We would like to help others view those of us with the disorder as individuals first — not as our diagnosis.

Be Brave. Live Life in Color.

Seeking a stigma-free understanding of Borderline Personality Disorder

Most websites only offer resources surrounding how loved ones can "deal" with us. Borderline Bravery aims to forever remain stigma free, prioritizing individuals with BPD over loved ones and recovery over staying stuck.
